 Every effort is made to ensure the item you receive is as described in the listing. If there has been an oversight, please contact us and we will gladly try to resolve any issues. Capturing every flaw and defect is sometimes an impossible task especially with vintage items. Vintage items will have some flaws pointed out but general wear, pulls, runs even small tears, fading, small spots and discoloration due to age, patina like crazing, shelf and use wear should be expected. Consider photos to be the condition of the item. Photos will point to defects. Give us the chance to earn your positive feedback

* Payment*

Please submit payment via PayPal after purchase. Payment exceptions will be based upon requests made by the buyer. If payment is not received within three days and no communication with the seller has occurred, the seller reserves the right and will make an unpaid item claim and relist the item if payment is not remitted. All items must be paid at time of purchase.

*Returns*

Returns;  generally all my items are sold “as is” and “where is” as this is a final markdown and/or clearance, discontinued item, used but well cared for or vintage merchandise. Most items are purchased at thrift shops, antique shops, auctions and estate sales. Once I receive an item, I check items carefully and test them if possible but offer no guarantees or returns if items do not work correctly or is missing pieces. Any flaws or missing pieces I attempt to state in the listings. Most major flaws are included in listing, as always with vintage pieces there will be irregularities. Please check the sizing measurements, noted specifications and/or flaws and if in doubt ask, ask, ask! Clothing is typically measured and listed so check your measurements before buying. If you are returning clothing because it doesn’t fit, I charge a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays shipping.  

Small handling fees are added to all listings to cover the cost of materials and fragile items have handling fees that cover postal insurance. Shipping* ****IMPORTANT***** Please Read

        We ship the majority of our products within three business days. We do not ship over the weekend. We ship most of our clothing items First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided with all purchases within the United States of America. We hold the right to refuse shipment to particular countries or buyers. If you are concerned about delivery or damage please select priority mail as a shipping option. Priority mail includes insurance to cover damaged items and delivery. Other options do not have this back up. We cannot guarantee delivery if priority mail is not your shipping choice.

****Shipping prices are calculated based on size and weight. The rates you are quoted come directly from the shipping service. We do not have control over calculated shipping prices. Contact USPS, Fed Ex or UPS to question them about shipping costs. If a shipping price seems high, please select an alternate shipping option but please do not low ball your offer priced based on shipping. Do not make us an offer to bundle shipping into the offer price or ask for free shipping. It adds extra cost to fees which make this deal a no win for me. Combing shipping into the offer is an insult to any seller and is not fair to us as sellers, if the shipping companies get their profit why do I have to lose mine? You are buying online and the cost of doing so means paying for shipping. I state this here because it is a common complaint that we have to answer and one that we have no control over. However, with that being said, we take care to offer two shipping options.

Most listings offer two shipping choices; one is usually the most economical. Use the drop down menu on the listing to see which mail service is right and most economical for you. We try our best to offer the lowest shipping prices that the companies offer to us for you for a particular item.

*International Buyer's*

Returns are not accepted for International Buyer’s. We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. We please advise you to "Buy at your own risk" when purchasing internationally as the package is out of our control once it leaves the United States.  Please be aware that depending on where you live packages may take weeks or even months to arrive.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
