- UK – we send via Royal Mail Special Delivery so your item is will arrive the day after we send it out, before 1pm. Please ensure you are in so that you can sign for the parcel otherwise you will have to go all the way down to the sorting office to pick it up.
- Our standard service uses normal post and should be with you in the timescales above, but in extreme cases can take up to 25working days. You will be given a reference number but you may not be able to track fully.
- Express courier is fully tracked and available to selected countries and normally takes about a week. Please ensure you provide a local phone number in case of query. If your country is not listed then contact us for a quote.
- You may be subject to customs charges, which is out of our control. Please contact your local tax office for more information. As we are one big happy family, there will be no import duties for countries in the EU.
