Read/Write heads were cleaned.  Drive was recognized by my Apple PowerBook SCSI adapter and tested using an 8 Way Random Write Format which writes random data over the entire disk eight times. I then read the floppy disk with a USB floppy drive.  I may be able to locate additional drives if you need more than one. 

Faceplate is the typical floppy 1 inch faceplate.  Send message if you prefer  "half height" faceplate. It measures 4cm or 1 5/8 inches tall.   Save money with combined shipping.  Please see my other listings.
