When you purchase before 2pm, your item will be dispatched to you the same day.

Expect delays around public holidays, especially Christmas.  Tracked and/or signed service available.

✅ Dispatch Times - All items ordered for within the United Kingdom will normally be dispatched same day when payment is received before 2pm. This gives us enough time to pack your item and deliver it to the Royal mail, in time for the last postage collection of the day. International orders outside the United Kingdom may be dispatched same day but normally next day.

✅ Postage Partner - Domestic United Kingdom orders are delivered by “Royal Mail” which is our default delivery partner. International orders are delivered with “An Post”.

✅ Non-Dispatch Days - We do not post on Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays or dates when the Royal Mail is not running, especially over the Christmas period.

They are NOT GUARANTEED delivery dates. Weather conditions, where you live in the country, time of year and many other factors effect how fast you receive your item.

During busier periods, such as Christmas, bank holidays and other public holidays some parcels may take longer than expected to arrive and we advise all buyers to be aware of this and to allow extra time for your items to arrive.

Please do not assume an item not received, is an item not sent, please check your order history and if it has been marked as dispatched then please be assured it has been dispatched, and any delay thereafter is down to Royal Mail.

We will always ask you to check your sorting office and confirm the name and address on the order before sending out replacements or issuing a refund.

The buyer is responsible for any charges or taxes incurred to items received in countries outside the United Kingdom. All packages are sent in accordance with the UK Distance Trading Act.

We always keep all the proof of postage until eBay free us your payment.

We will check the sorting office ourselves wherever possible. If your parcel is there we will not resend, or issue a refund until the parcel is returned back to us.

We sell only new items. Once we handed your items to Royal Mail we will not be responsible for your items.

Royal Mail remains responsible for your items. Our insurance will not cover your orders.

For any issues related to damaged items, they will be covered by Royal Mail’s insurance.

We refund only items that come with free tracked postage as part of the purchase price or if you choose your item to be tracked which is an extra cost.

We cannot guaranty the delivery of items that do not have tracked postage chosen and paid for because we do not have control on them after handing to the delivery company, Royal mail or An Post.

We do not refund you if your item has been lost after handing to Royal Mail.

Please do not assume an item not received is an item not sent.

Please, do understand that when you buy online items you take a risk to buy online as well as we are taking to sell.

We will not issue replacements or refunds until our recommended number of delivery days has passed.

We will do our best to resolve any issues arising from Royal Mail not delivering on time, but please remember a lost or delayed parcel is just as frustrating for us as it is for you.

RETURN ITEMS

If you wish to return the item for reasons, we are happy to refund you.

Please, be aware that the buyer will pay the postage fee and the packing cost of return.

Original postage and packing cost will not be refunded.

In order for the refund to be given the item which is the subject of return must be in the same condition as supplied: unopened, unused, and returned with any relevant retail packing.
