Procedure for Claims & lost item refunds. Our insurance company makes us wait 45 days to initiate an insurance claim for lost articles (60 days for Italy & Germany). If your item has not arrived within 45 days of shipping date-we will need a signed letter (not an email) from you (preferable in English) stating that your purchased item did not arrive. AS SOON AS WE GET THIS LETTER FROM YOU STATING YOUR ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE-YOU WILL GET A FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING. A loss is VERY RARE. Most items outside the U.S. arrive between 1 week and 2 months. Some countries are fast to process customs items (Canada-Australia-UK) and some countries are slow (Italy-Austria-Germany). We have no control over the speed of shipping after the item is mailed by us. We process your order very fast and cannot track your item once it leaves the U.S. We cannot give you estimated time of arrival for your parcel-we can only tell you that the AVERAGE time is 2-6 weeks. Please be patient. Nearly all people who email us about their article not arriving and even some who wanted us to start an insurance claim eventually get their package in the mail.

Inventory control is nearly impossible especially when ebay shows we are down to one left of an item. With items waiting for payment, returns, new stock coming in and going out-as hard as we try-we still sell items (by accident) that we don't have and ebay says we do. This is very embarrassing for us and inconvenient for you-we appreciate that you have spent time shopping. We refund payments & cancel transactions IMMEDIATELY when we become aware of this & are very apologetic but it does happen and way too often. As careful as we try to be-please understand that this happens.
