NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your UAG product, you may return it to us for a full refund, less the original shipping costs. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date and the product must have been purchased directly from our Urban Armor Gear eBay Store (http://stores.ebay.com/URBAN-ARMOR-GEAR). UAG does not handle product returns for UAG products purchased from a different seller. Such cases must be resolved through the seller directly.
