 (5/5) Like New:

This score will only be given to an item that is as good as new. No damage at all.

 (4/5) Very Good Condition or better:

(Case) The case will be in complete condition with very minor wear and tear, will still have clips, hinges, holders and no cracks or tears. May have some minor sticker residue.

(Insert) Intact with very minor wear and tear around the edges exposed from the case, no writing or rips.

 (Instructions) Complete with no writing or rips with very minor wear and tear to the covers and pages. All pages present. Could also have very light discolouring.

(Cart) Sticker is intact with very little wear and tear, the cartridge has very slight marks from usage. May have very minor discolouring.

(3/5) Good Condition or better:

 (Case) Minor wear and tear, may have some damage to clips, hinges, holders and may have cracks/rips and dents. May have some sticker residue and minor damage to the sleeves

(Insert) Intact with minor wear and tear around the edges exposed from the case, could have small amount of writing and minor rips. May have some minor damage from exposure to moisture.

(Instructions) Possible writing, rips and minor wear and tear to the covers and pages. All pages present. Could also have light discolouring. May have some minor damage from exposure to moisture.

(Cart) Sticker is intact with signs of raising and air bubbles, the cartridge has some marks from usage. May have discolouring

 (2/5) Fair Condition or better:

(Case) Heavier wear and tear, will have some damage to clips, hinges, holders and will have cracks/rips and dents. May have quite a bit of sticker residue. There could also be damage to the spine/plastic sleeves.

 (Insert) Heavier wear and tear around the edges exposed from the case, The insert could have some writing, rips and/or water damage.

(Instructions) Possible writing, rips and heavier wear and tear to the covers and pages. Some pages may be missing. Could also have discolouring and/or water damage due to exposure.

(Cart) The sticker will be damaged/discoloured in some way, the cartridge may have some physical damage too. Discolouring may be very evident.

 (1/5) Wouldn't sell it unless extremely sought after or salvageable.

These items will have significant damage to the Case, Insert, Instructions and CD.

Shipping:

You will save on Postage and packaging costs where possible, if you purchase multiple items from us. 

Each additional game will cost £1.50 for shipping if you are based in Europe and £2.80 for the rest of the world.

Postage will be via Royal Mail Second Class (U.K.) and by Royal Mail Small Packet Signed  Airmail (International) by default. Shipping costs also include the packaging material used to send the item(s) as well as the cost of the stamp.

If you would like additional package materials such as strong cardboard boxes, We will add this cost to your P&P. Please let us know before purchasing the item(s).

International Bidders outside of the EU are welcome, please contact us first for postage and packaging costs.

Royal Mail only insure standard Domestic & Airmail (Small Packet) items for up to £20. If your item or combined items are worth more than £20, then we would automatically add the relevant insurance costs. Usually £1 for Domestic post & £5 for International Post.

We will dispatch your items within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

Returns:

Returns are accepted up to 14 days of you receiving the item(s).

Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item(s) in the same condition it was sent.

All postage costs, including return postage, are paid by the buyer and are non-refundable. We may waive this under special circumstances, however this is solely at our discretion.

Lost/Damaged Items:

Items sent by standard post will not be considered to be lost by the Post Office / Courier until 15 working days after the due date (domestic) or 20 Working days after the due date (international) has elapsed. This time scale may be reduced if a 'Get it Fast' postal option has been selected, please contact us for details. After this time a claim will be filed with the Post Office / Courier and an investigation of the items whereabouts will be completed. At this stage your details will be passed onto the relevant company. Any refunds / compensation will be issued once the investigation has been completed.

If you have received an item(s) which appears to have been damaged in transit you should contact us immediately

If it is found at a later date that a claim was made fraudulently (Postal Fraud), an investigation will be carried out by the relevant authorities. If it is deemed that the claim was fraudulent, offenders can be charged with Postal fraud / theft and the appropriate action will be taken.
