Design and details : White and Black Polka Dot dress that features a contrasting cape/shawl effect mandarin collar as well as black bow, waistband, buttons and edging. Cap Sleeved. The dress features built-in netting edged hem for added volume and a cutaway bust and back area.  Fastens with a zip to the side.

Accessories : This dress can also be worn with an additional petticoat; it is modelled above top left picture with a petticoat (black 26 inch) which can be purchased separately in our eBay store. (Petticoat not included in this sale)
