1. WTF fans are specifically designed for rc track racing and last longest in the hands of very experienced "racers" although they have found to be very popular in all kinds of rc applications from off -road to oval to on-road racing to bashing & used by drivers of all levels from beginner to pro.

2. They are a 30mm $12 insurance policy for your expensive electronics system inside your 40-60+ mph rc car; They are not indestructible and do break.

3. If you are bashing, that is, not using these in organized racing, on a dedicated track, you will most likely be breaking allot more fans than the experienced track racer as the fans are specifically designed for track racing and not bashing.

4. If you're breaking fans in just a few runs often, they just may not be for your personal rc application, may need to be mounted more securely, or you may need more track time & driving experience before investing in cooling fans.

5. NO mfg's fans move more air than the 24,000 rpm WTF brand; It's not even close.

6. No mfgs offer a "standard warranty" for replacement fans for breaking them prematurely- Not Tekin, Hobbywing, Castle, or even WTF.  DOA fans yes. Breaking in a couple runs, no.

7. Generally speaking, in the hands of experienced racers driving on dedicated Rc tracks one should expect WTF fans to last 1-2 months racing twice a week before needing replacement. But again, anything can happen out there at any time.

8. Once plugged in and working properly we as drivers are gambling on how long our fans will last. Just depends on what we put them through, how securely we mount them away from the body, wires, and other obstructions inside our cars.
