Returns policy:
If the item is not exactly as described, a full refund will be given provided that the item is returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. In the unlikely event of an item being lost in the post, I am happy to assist the buyer in making a claim by sending the proof of postage, postage receipt etc to them so that they may claim to the post office for compensation. I am unable take responsibility myself for any item that is lost in the post. Sorry but NO PARTIAL REFUNDS.
