Great looking navigator style men's plastic eyeglass frame by Regency Eyewear.
Regency was manufactured by Tart Optical in the same factory on West 27th street in NYC were the Arnel, FDR and Bryan frames were made.
This model is called Cobra.
The color is tortoise (#16609) and the size is 61-14.

All of the frames I sell are New Old Stock.
Simply bring them to any optical store, where they can put in your regular prescription or sunglass lenses.
