Playmobil Grand Victorian Mansion House 5300 - With Furniture sets, People & Pets

Encourage imaginative play with this superb playmobil mansion.

It measures an impressive 64cm long x 30cm wide x 66 cm high.

Any child would cherish owning such a property.

The Mansion has 5 rooms, Balcony & Conservatory 3 Opening Doors with handles. 15 Opening Windows with curtains or blinds The Ground and First Floor Front Facing Windows have Window Boxes with Flowers except the one overlooking the first floor balcony. 2 Internal Staircases 2 External Sweeping Staircases.

The House comes in good, cleaned condition, It does have some yellowing due to the sun on the white conservatory playmobil parts and there is some patches on the walls where the pictures have come away. The photos are included so could always be re-glued in these locations. From this huge set, the roof finials are missing, as are the 2 window boxes for the first floor side wall windows. The floor infill panels should you wish to have floor space rather than staircases are not included. One base clip is missing but is not essential as external staircase spans the same area and holds the base plates together.
