Packages shipped via FEDEX will not be delivered to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical street address for delivery of your item.

All returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Returns must be shipped back with all tags and everything included in package when. Returns must be in same condition as when shipped out.

If your package is returned or refused, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Items that are shipped according to auction details will not be returned or exchanged for ANY reason if the item is damaged in transit, it is the BUYERS responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company upon delivery of the damaged goods. If you are within the U.S. and receive the wrong item, we will schedule a pickup via FEDEX and send out the correct item.

If for any reason the product that you have selected sells out before your payment is received, we will send you an e-mail informing you of your available options. Those options will include the option to change to a different item, the option to cancel immediately for a refund, or the option to wait for the item on back order.
