• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• Please allow a 1-2 business day handling time for all orders to process and ship.

Returns Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Customers must obtain a prior authorization code before shipping a return or exchange.

• The buyer is responsible for any costs to ship the return/exchange back to us unless we have shipped an item in error or the product is defective.

• If the item returned is worn, damaged, or not in its new/original packaging, we will not grant the exchange/refund request.

• Please do not ship the shoes in the manufacturer's shoe box. Please place the shoes in the shoe box and ship them in a 2nd shipping box. RETURNS SHIPPED IN THE SHOE BOX ALONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

• You may ship returns using the carrier of your choice but please email us the tracking number after you ship. This will ensure your return is tracked and promptly handled.

• If you are exchanging please email us with the product or size you would like along with a contact telephone number.

• Once your return is received and inspected, your return/exchange will promptly be processed.
