About customer return merchandise:  Most customer return merchandise is in new to like new condition.  A customer return does not equal damaged merchandise.  Most people return items after wearing once or twice and then deciding the shoes don’t work for them for whatever reason (ie - too big or small, too narrow or wide, heel too high, they just aren’t comfortable for them, etc.).  When there is damage to an item, we will make note of it and take close up pictures.  We do not list items that are very damaged/broken, without making specific notes.  We really almost never list severely damaged merchandise.   We are not trying to trick you or mislead you, that is why we clearly state when something is a pre-owned customer return. By purchasing customer returns, you are getting basically new merchandise that the store can no longer put out as “first quality” so they liquidate it to people like us who then re-sell it for a fraction of the retail price.  Win/win!

Don't forget to enlarge the pictures, use the zoom feature and read the entire description.  Please look up on-line reviews regarding size and fit. Not all shoes fit the same and we find on-line reviews are very helpful when deciding if  a shoe will work for you.  Google the brand and the name of the shoe along with the word reviews and you should find plenty.

All of our items come from a major high end department store and are guaranteed authentic! We purchase both overstock and customer return merchandise directly from the department store and do our very best to describe our items accurately. Please keep in mind, we are human and may miss something, this is not intentional. Many of our items are pre-owned and will be labeled as such. If you are looking for department store brand new, you are best off to go to the department store itself. If you like a great deal, shop here! 

If you are not happy with your item once it arrives, we are very easy to work with and always accept returns.  We do not give a discount after purchase if we have missed something and there is a defect with your item.  If this happens, we will happily accept the return and will refund all costs.  We will not deal with people who are making claims that they will not back up, just to get a discount.  The only thing we will do in this case is a return.  Do not ask for additional discounts once the items has been received, we will not give it.  There have been too many scammers lately and we do not endorse that kind of behavior.  If there is something wrong, you should have no problem returning the item for a full refund plus return shipping.  Please remember, we have feelings and to treat us the same way you would like us to treat you. We are never rude and expect the same from others. If you have a tendency to be rude when dealing with others, please go and ruin someone else's day! We prefer to interact in a positive way with our customers, even when they would like to return something. We will try to make your day better and hope you will return the favor.
