• Has been tested and all parts in perfect working order
• Complete Mid-Boost Circuit
• 9-volt Battery Connector
• 9v Battery - Used when testing unit and is included
• Stereo output jack required for mid-boost circuit is included

No functional issues with any of the parts or electrical components. The boost circuit and all controls function properly and sound awesome! This assembly is in excellent condition.  It will need soldering to be assembled, but all parts needed to make this fully operational are included (please see all 12 photos).
