Defective items with physical defect will only be accepted if the watch we have delivered to you is found defective within 3 days upon receipt of the item. 

All items returned as defective will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. 

We will not accept the return or exchange of a non-defective watch.

- WARRANTY INFORMATION -

Since we are not an authorized dealer of any of the watches we sell, the local service centers will not honor warranties on watches bought through us. However, we will provide our own store  warranty in replacement of the manufacturer's warranty. 

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.  Warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, Straps – leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations, and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. 

All warranty repairs must be handled directly through us. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. We will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period.
