Please, if its a vehicle part that you have purchased can you not book your car into a garage for work, utilising the part you have purchased before you have received the part. Although the couriers we use supply a quality service. Couriers are very sneaky, and in their fine print, they do explain how nothing of their service is guaranteed, neither the time of collection from us, or the time it takes to delivery the item. Plus unexpected things can happen, once the item has left us, which is out of our hands. It is a much safer bet to wait until you have the item in your hand.
