Terms and Conditions

Our paintings are completely hand painted. We do not use printers at all nor do we produce prints. We sell genuine, hand crafted painting reproductions, and therefore, they cannot be categorized as an exact, one to one, mirrored replica of the original painting.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).
We will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending your order.
Orders will shipped within 14 working days from payment date. Your tracking number will be emailed on dispatch.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from us.
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the painting.
You should get a refund within 14 days of either we get the goods back, or you provide evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the painting more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
