Console and Smash Bros game were both fully updated yesterday, so they will come ready to play

CONDITION: Console has pretty heavy cosmetic wear. There are many scratches on the front and back casing, as well as the bottom screen. The top screen is in better condition than the lower, but still has several scratches. The hinges to open and close the console are a bit loose. These are all cosmetic issues and do not affect console's performance at all. The console, its buttons, and screen are all in perfect working condition. The Super Smash Bros game also has pretty heavy cosmetic wear, but is in perfect working condition as well. The charger is in great condition. Please see pictures for details
