We sell brand new in box, new open box, refurbished, used, shelf pulls and returned items. Please ask any questions before making a purchase or bidding. What you see in the image is what you will receive. If you do not see parts do not assume it is included or not included. Please ask.

Please ask. We want you to ask any questions you may have before you bid or buy. We try to respond to your questions within 24hrs. Please be patient if you do not get a response right away. We try are best. We answer questions Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm MST.

Payment

All payments must be made within 48 hrs of the end of the auction or Buy It Now. 

Shipping

We do offer combined shipping. Please contact us with the items you are interested in so that we can give you an estimated shipping charge. Shipping is weight based. We ship as economical as possible. Please Contact us if you are from another country before purchaseing the item for custom charges.

We ship with USPS and UPS. We upload tracking information as soon as a label is created. Tracking information can be found on the purchased item's details page. If you would like the tracking number sent to you please leave a message when you make your purchase.

The shipping charge listed is for the lower 48 states only. HI, PR, AK, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, Guam and any other country please contact us for shipping cost.

Returns

Returns are accepted for 14 days after the delivery date. We DO NOT accept returns on video games, programs or videos. We DO NOT pay return shipping. Please contact us before shipping the item back. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items that are new or tested. If the item does not work when it arrives we will replace it or issue you a refund. We reserve the right to replace the item before we issue a refund. If you do not have the item professionally installed the restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Tax

We hate to do this but Wyoming State law requires us to charge Wyoming residents 6% sales tax. This amount could change.
