I usually ship within 2 days of receiving payment. I try to keep it to 1 day but sometimes life happens.
I do not grade cardboard/plastic/clamshells, if an item is unopened in factory/event packaging it is "mint in box/package". If there is a noticeable issue with said packaging, I will do my best to declare said damage and provide pictures. I do not guarantee the condition of the item inside the factory packaging such as paint chips, paint defects, bent axles, bent corners, or anything else beyond my control. That being said, I do offer a 14 day return policy if the item is grossly misrepresented in the listing. Please contact me for details before returning any item.
