The only thing junior about the GS Magnesium Jr is the race plate. Designed to be a dominating ski for young racers it is every bit the real deal which also makes it a great choice for smaller high school racers that do not need to follow FIS regulations. Built on the exact same core as the adult race boards the GS Magnesium uses sandwich compound construction for immense torsional stiffness which translates directly to endless edge hold and quick response. Keeping with the proper race build the GS Magnesium also uses a full wood core with two layers of magnesium, which is thinner than in the adult ski, to create strong pop for a powerful turn and a smooth damp feel to keep the ski on the snow for better glide. For a touch extra power and control the GS Magnesium gets topped off with a Marker Junior Race Plate, adding extra leverage and promoting a natural flex of the ski for better connectivity to the snow. Note that the Junior Race Plate does require a Maker Comp series binding.
The 2012 Blizzard GS Magnesium Power Junior is the same ski as 2013 with only minor graphic changes.

International:

  • All international shipments are shipped with FedEx International Economy. You could be subject to duty and taxes that your country may or may not charge and you will be responsible for those fees.

Returns Accepted:
If you wish to return an item due to an error on our behalf we will arrange to have the item picked up at our expense and have the correct or replacement item shipped to you. If you are returning an item for any other reason and have received free shipping there is a 10% restocking fee (to a max. of $40.00). You are required to contact us within 14 business days upon receiving your item. Please include your name, Invoice number, and the reason for return. Once we receive this we will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 48 hours, instructions for returning the product back to SKIYARD will be included. If you return your item without receiving a Return Authorization Number it could be refused.
