Please note that PayPal is the only payment we are able to accept from our overseas customers, we do not accept cheques, money orders or postal orders from outside of the United Kingdom.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), you will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way.
Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original and unopened packaging and condition complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive. In the unlikely event of any item being faulty we will either refund in full, or replace free of charge (subject to stock availability).
