The 2.0 HDI 110 BHP and 2.2 136 HDI models come fitted with a DPF, this is almost certain to cause you problems, such as the dreaded 'UNBLOCK DIESEL FILTER' warning on the dash. Luckily we're here to help. We can offer a complete DPF delete from your ECU software which eliminates the DPF strategy and associated fault codes and the additive system. For this, you need to physically hollow out the DPF filter, you can then upload your DPF delete software file using a tool such as the MPPS tool.

This listing is for either a DPF delete (£30), or an EGR delete (£30). If you want both you will have to buy twice, or you might want to buy the full remap which is only £99 and then these can both be included for free if required.
How it works:
1. You order an MPPS tool from ebay
2. Read your original ECU data using a laptop, email it to remap@hdi-tuning.co.uk
3. We will email back the remapped software
4. Using the same MPPS tool you write the software to your ECU.
5. Remove the DPF from under the car, hollow out the blocked filter using an SDS drill or similar. Leave the temperature sensor plug un-plugged when you refit the DPF.
6. Enjoy your car with no DPF faults.

If you require both EGR delete and DPF delete the cost will be £60, or you're better off going for a full remap where these are included for free.
Stage 1 Remap 110 BHP models - 145 BHP (DPF Delete required) £99
This remap is designed to go straight on to the standard HDI 110 engine without any modifications required other than DPF removal. Peak power will be 140 BHP and maximum torque will be 320Nm. The stage 1 remap offers great performance, driveability and safer overtaking. On top of this you can expect to see economy gains of 3-5 MPG on average. (DPF or/or EGR delete is free with a full remap) Cost: £99.
