New Super Mario Bros. Casino Luigi and Blue Shell Mario plushes made by Banpresto.  They're both around 3-4 inches tall.

Years of shelf wear have caused the glue on the brim of Mario's hat to come undone. Other than that they are in very good condition with no significant flaws. Both still have their tags.
