MISCELLANEOUS RETURNS: Returns for any other reason besides defective merchandise may incur a 5-20% re-stocking fee in order for us to recoup any outgoing shipping loss. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, and any applicable shipping charges can not be refunded. If the item was sold "used" it must be returned in the same condition buyer received it in. If the item was sold "new" it must be returned still sealed in factory plastic or have any applicable factory product seals still in tact. If a new item is opened, a return can not be accepted. If a new item is opened and found to be defective, please see the section below for the defective new item policy.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS FOR USED MERCHANDISE: Please see description above for length of warranty. If an item becomes defective through no fault of the customer at any time within that time period, we will aid the buyer in troubleshooting the issue. If after troubleshooting the item is determined to be defective, it is eligible for a full refund including the original shipping charge, and we will give a reasonable return shipping credit. It must be shipped back in the original condition received. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged by the customer. Any attempt to open, repair, or soft mod (via hacking/cracking/jailbreaking) any item will void our warranty. Some customers may prefer an exchange, and if an exchange is available we will accommodate.

DEFECTIVE NEW MERCHANDISE: Although rare, some merchandise may not work properly right out of the factory package. We will aid the buyer in troubleshooting the issue. If the item is determined to be defective after troubleshooting, most of the time a claim will need to be filed directly with the manufacturer. We will aid the buyer in any way we can with that claim. Generally we will also provide a partial refund for the loss of use time as well as the hassle of having to deal with a warranty claim. Under certain circumstances a defective new item may be returned to us for an exchange or refund, but that is solely at our discretion.
