Playstation 3 Game

This is a 2012 season NBA game for the PS3 by 2K Sports.  This is the Magic Johnson cover game version and it is still brand new and factory sealed.  The game disc has come loose inside the case though from my experience it should hardly be effected at all.  If for some reason the disc does arrive damaged or unplayable the game can be returned for a full refund.  Apart from that the game box and plastic wrap are in good shape with only some minor nicks, dents, scuffs, and scratches.  Please ask if there are any questions.  (This is the US/Canadian NTSC format of the game - international buyers may need to log into a North American Playstation network in order to be able to utilize any online features this game may have).  If being shipped outside of the U.S. please be aware that import taxes may be charged by your Post Office & are the buyer's responsibility to pay.  (Please do not ask me to declare this as a gift with a low value on the Customs forms).
