You are looking at the promo release of the game Lollipop Chainsaw by SUDA51 (Goichi Suda) and published by Grasshopper Manufacture for the Sony PlayStation 3. It contains the full game and is one of only 500 that were made and states ‘Promo Only – Not For Resale’ on top of the disc as you can see. No inlay was ever issued with the promo release so the game is complete. The disc is in superb condition, I’m not sure it’s ever been played.

For the unaware, promo versions of games are issued in small numbers directly by the publishers to retailers and reviewers slightly ahead of the official release of the game in the actual shops. They are the full game and the contents of the disc itself is identical to the one you would find in any shop. Promo games are thought only to be printed in batches of 500, which can make them a target for collectors of particular titles. They do not come with separate manuals or cases, but instructions are usually found in-game.
