This is a single Persian AsNas playing card. It is a delicate painting of a prince sitting on a throne. It is laquer on papier mache with foil embellishment. The card is in good condition with typical surface craquelure with minor edge and corner wear. It has no chips or cracks. It has very minor dings and abrasions. Please view photos for your best description. It probably dates from the mid 1800's, but it could be a few decades earlier or later. AsNas was a precursor to poker.
