Measurements (taken laying flat):
Bust: 18 inches, but gathered fabric leaves a bit more room
Waist: 15 inches at empire waist
Hips: 24 inches
Length: About 58 inches
Issues:
Small hole on bottom front of skirt
Small stain in front near hip
Some minor snags here and there
Bottom hem shows some wear, probably from accidently getting caught under foot
