This is a vintage lot of misc. RCA Victor collectibles. I believe the Nodder is most modern, but it's likely from the 90s. The nodder is new and comes in it's original box. Sitting on the stand he's a bout 5 3/4" tall. He's come loose from the base - just loose glue - nothing broken. The Salt & Pepper shaker set do not have stoppers but in otherwise good condition. They are 3 1/2" tall. The jar is 4 1/2" tall with the lid on. No cracks or chips. It bears the RCA Victor Nipper with Gramophone image but I don't know who made it or when.  There are 2 sealed sets of playing cards as shown. One plastic Nipper Dog lapel pin (1") and one gold tone RCA "Zero Defects" Lapel pin (3/4" wide). Last are 2 wooden tokens, 1 is the RCA Registered Coon Ass Float and the other is Hymie's Vintage Records Etc. from Minnesota (both are 1 1/2" wide).
