For auction is a Longines pocket conversion 44mm manual winding. These started coming out of Eastern Europe (Poland, Hungary) in the early 1990's as a way to breathe some life into watches that just wouldn't move as pocket watches. This one had lugs added and a redone dial. For the underlying quality of the movement and the amount of work in converting it to a wristwatch, it has nice value.
