Shipping
We ship straight away after payment is confirmed. This item is fulfilled from the United States, for customers in the USA we offer free expedited shipping which has a 2-3 day delivery time, we also offer an optional one day shipping service for an additional cost.
For international customers we use eBays Global Shipping program, if that service is available in your location eBay will present to you shipping costs and options.

Policies
- If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to find the most suitable solution. Returns are accepted for products in their original condition however shipping costs might not be refundable, we can often work with you on faster more cost effective solutions.
- Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation (normally within hours), in the event there is a delay in dispatching your order you will be contacted with an explanation and have the option to wait for your order or have your payment refunded.
- We reserve the right to restrict delivery to the registered Credit Card address for Credit Card payments, or a Paypal confirmed shipping address for Paypal payments.
- Most of our items are handmade in small craft villages, unless otherwise stated our items are brand-new and unused. The groups we work with rarely have custom packaging or tags, in most cases your item will arrive in simple generic packaging.
- When a buyer pays for an order using Paypal we will use the shipping address supplied by Paypal if it differs to the address given by eBay.
- We have had experience where writing a buyers phone number on a parcel has helped ensure safe delivery, so where possible we will this. If you do not want us to write your phone number on your parcel please make a note of this when making payment.
- For international clients, import duties or customs charges, although rare, are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please email us any questions prior to bidding if you are not clear on any of our policies.
* We will always reply to you within 1-2 days, if you do not receive
an email from us within this time our email to you may have gone astray. Please
contact us again saying you did not receive a response. This includes invoices,
