Adorable Baby Girl Doll marked

19 Inches Tall and weighs approx 5 lbs.

I am not sure of her name as she has
no box or certificate. I could not find another one like her on eBay.
If any Treffeisen collector knows her name I would
love to hear from you.

This sweet baby has what I believe is a resin head, arms and legs. One of her arms has come loose from the body but I have reattached it the best I could. You just can't pick her up by the arm.
She has a cloth torso which is nice and clean.

She has a baby fine brown wispy hair like a newborn.
Stationary beautiful blue eyes with delicate little upper lashes.

This baby has hand painted features, closed mouth.
Her sweet little face is stunning.

This baby is wearing a Carters dress and panties.

She has markings on the back of her head:
Z-02
R-20V-M

She is marked Ruth Treffeisen on her neck

There is no original box or papers.
