This is set/pair of new in the wrapper Shimano Ultegra SPD SL Model 6610 clipless bike pedals and cleats.  I purchased them new and never took them out of the wrapper.  They are complete including the directions as shown in a photo.  US shipping includes Delivery Confirmation.
