This is an unlocked ECU for a Citroen C5 1.6 HDI 110. The Bosch code must read 0281011561 on your current unit and the peugeot number 9658274580 and this one will be a direct plug and play ECU.
The ECU has been remapped from the standard 110 BHP to 143 BHP and also DPF delete. It's important the DPF is hollowed to run this remap. The DPF delete will get rid of all DPF faults including the additive levels. Instructions will be given when purchased. 

The ECU has been tested on a running engine to check for internal ECU faults and also to ensure the immobiliser was removed successfully.

"Stage 1 Remap - The 1.6 HDI can be very fun to drive, especially with a Stage 1 Remap. HDI Tuning will take your 1.6 110 to 145BHP and 285Nm. Note how these figures aren't excessive, there are two reasons for this: The first is that the 110 model is fitted with a dual mass flywheel, the second is that the clutches aren't as strong as on the older 2.0 engines. We've developed these remaps not only to give optimal performance, but also to remain within the limits of the stock hardware of your vehicle.

The 1.6 HDI 110 comes fitted with a DPF system, it's important to remove this for the stage 1 remap. Luckily HDI Tuning Ltd have a safe and reliable solution which won't give future problems (many other companies will use software to remove the DPF which can cause turbo problems).

Our stage 1 remap completely re-writes the control parameters of your VNT turbo to suit the change in exhaust back pressure after removing the DPF system. This not only enhances the smoothness of your torque curve, it also protects your turbo from over boosting.
