We accept all major credit card through Paypal, Master, and Visa Cards.

1. All items shipped to you directly from the warehouse.
2. We only ship in the United States, Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, and Virgin Islands.
3. Shipping to AK, HI, VI, PR, GU, and APO/FPO are extra!  Please ask us before bidding.
4. Shipping fee include shipping, handling and packaging.
5. All orders take 2 business days to process before shipping (not including weekends and holidays).
6. Shipments to Canada are shipped only on Thursday by Canada Post.
7. All our items are guaranteed to be as described and to be free of defects. 
8.  S/H Discount $6.00 off S/H cost for each additional item purchased. To receive the discount, don't make payment until you have completed  your shopping. Then wait for combine invoice for all items.

10. If you are not happy with the purchase or you received a product in damaged condition please notify us within 30 days of your order. We will ask for photos if necessary. We can offer replacement(s) or refund.
11. Shipping is non-refundable.
    
12. Returns for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
13. Any item returned must be returned in its original box.
14. You must contact us prior to any returns being made.
15. Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable to us.
