This item is narrow band (12.5khz) or wide band (25khz) on the 150-174 mhz split. Sorry it not usable on ham radio frequencies.
Cosmetically this item shows some signs of wear and usage. It may have markings, scrapes, dust etc. Repeater and power cable is included. No microphone is included
