We reserve the right to investigate all challenges before considering refund possibilities. There are no refund on shipping charges (either way).

*SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all items within the United States. On larger and/or heavier items, we offer the option of shipping Parcel Post. Shipping cost will be dependent upon winning bidders zip code. We only charge what the Post Office charges us. We do not charge any additional or hidden fees, unless specified in the auction or store item. Please email us if you have any questions. We can also accommodate you with DHL and UPS shipping.
*INSURANCE : Is required to be purchased by the buyer it will be calculated by us at the time of shipping costs. Insurance cost is dependent upon final bid, according to the United States Postal Service (USPS) website.
