Console only; this is a PRO-POW3 power adapter model. That adapter is a DC, 9V or 10V, center negative 1000mA adapter.
Please note that there is also a 5V model (earlier models, including most US consoles). You cannot use that adapter for this console. It will not work, and may damage the console.
This is the same as the Mega Drive/Genesis Model 1, Famicom or Super Famicom, and original PC Engine adapter. Many universal adapters will work.

AV cable required is a 5-pin DIN cable (same as AV PC Engine models or Mega Drive 1). We do not supply these.
US accessories will work on this console, and US games will play in the console (the console has no region lock). Please note that games will play in Japanese setting as this is a Japanese console.

Domestic (US) Shipping:
- Shipping is via Priority Mail (1-3 days) USPS in the US. This includes a tracking number.

Payment must be completed within 3 days of purchase (I will wait for eChecks to clear), unless you have contacted me beforehand. After this time, unopened item cases and/or cancellation cases will be opened, and items will be relisted.
Returns/Refunds:
Returns must be opened within 14 Days after the receipt of the item. If an item is damaged or significantly not as described, I will refund or replace it at no charge. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Otherwise, there is a restocking fee. Please see the "Shipping and Payments" section (above this description) for the current rates.
Please note that technical issues on the user's end are not valid reasons to return an item, and these cases will be charged restocking fees. If an item is returned and passes testing, it will not be accepted as defective.
Best Offer:
I do allow Best Offers. Many users misunderstand the purpose of this option. Typically I can give some discounts to buyers who are making larger orders. Sometimes I can use Best Offer to match other seller's lower prices. I usually will not lower my prices significantly, especially cheaper items. Many of my items sell well at the asking price, so I have little incentive to accept poor offers.
