RETURN & SHIPPING

Please explain that we are not only lose our profit due to Ebay took referral fee from us automatically when we shipped the product but also lose shipping and handling fee in our end. If the return is not caused from us such as received damaged and wrong units, we need to deduct 25% referral fee.
