Feedback will be left by us on completion of the transaction and we kindly ask you to leave feedback on your purchase once you are satisfied. If you encounter any issues then please contact us before so that we can rectify this and ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase as this is very important to us.

PayPal is accepted with no surcharge. Items only sent to Paypal verified address.

Bank Transfer U.K Sterling Pounds

Cheque and postal orders. The item will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Shipping

When paying by PayPal the item will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm.

Shipping is via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of the item.

Items sent on Friday are 90% likely to arrive on Saturday, but are not guaranteed until Monday.

Items are not dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday or on bank holidays.

All items are sent in the highest of quality packaging materials to ensure that they arrive to you safely.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave you a missed delivery card. This will allow you to collect it from your local sorting office. Sometimes they don’t always leave a card so please check with them first if you have not received your item, to see if they have your package. Due to security reasons, all items sent by recorded delivery require a signature.

If for any reason the item is returned to us, for example if the item was not called for, then we will inform you immediately by email.  We can then either re-dispatch the item or cancel the order if you wish. 

International shipping

We also ship items worldwide via eBay’s Global Shipping Programme. All items sent internationally are fully tracked by eBay & they will provide tracking details upon dispatch & estimated timescales for delivery. eBay fully manage the postage & customs process on our behalf. Please note that you will be responsible for any custom or import duty charges, if they apply to your country (this does not apply to UK customers). Custom policies vary widely from country to country; please check your local customs office if you require further information.

Terms of Sale

Please ensure that when bidding or using buy it now that you have read the full item description and are happy with the terms and conditions of sale before placing a bid or making the purchase. If you are unsure about anything please contact us before bidding. Auctioned items have two days in which payment is required so please ensure that you can make payment within this timeframe to avoid us having to open an unpaid item case through eBay, which leaves a strike to your account by eBay.

Items can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unaltered & unmarked, with all tags and packaging intact. It must show no signs of wear or links removed. Please notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the item.

We recommend that you send the item back to us via a tracked service to ensure proof of delivery, such as Royal Mail recorded delivery and keep a note of your tracking number. Once we receive your returned item, will notify you and process a full refund within 7 working days to your PayPal account. This will be following a careful inspection of the item to ensure it is in a re-saleable condition.

Faulty items

All our items undergo vigorous quality control checks before dispatch but in the very rare event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to make arrangements to have the item returned to us. We will issue you with a replacement and if this is not possible or you no longer require the item, we will issue you with a full refund including your return postage costs for sending the item back to us. However, if no fault or damage is found by us upon receipt of the item we will not issue a refund for your return postage costs. Items are thoroughly checked upon return to also establish that it matches the item that we have sent out. For example, the same watch model, the same quality condition, serial numbers etc. 

Warranty & Repairs

For the majority of brands sold by Mr and Mrs Watch we are official UK stockists, so the watch will come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. This means if the watch develops a fault in the warranty period you will have to send the watch back to us and we will forward the watch onto the manufacturer for repair or replacement under warranty.  

For the few brands which we are not official UK stockists we offer an in house Mr and Mrs Watch 12 month Warranty. This means that if the watch develops a fault in the warranty period you will have to send the watch back to us for repair or replacement under our warranty.  In either case, if the watch develops an issue within 90 days we will cover the postage, otherwise if it’s longer than this the customer has to cover the postage fees.

If you are requesting a repair, please include a clear explanation of the problem. Please note repairs generally take from 7-28 working days, depending upon if parts need to be ordered in.
