• Diamond grading is not an exact science. Human judgment plays an important role in grading a diamond. To complicate matters further, no two diamonds are alike. They may have the same type of flaws but differ widely in how they appear to a naked eye. Hence, Diamond grading is an opinion. Considering these factors there will always be a 1-2 grade opinion difference. If you take a piece of jewelry from us and show it to a jewelry store, there is always a chance that the jeweler will be bias because they are interested in selling their own jewelry.
• Photos are only one way that the item is described, please read entire item description as well. Colors in photos may vary from monitor to monitor. Photos are enlarged to show details so that you can inspect the item listed.

Payment

• Payment must be received within 7 days after the end of the auction or eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Case against you.
• If you have any problem please contact us through the eBay messaging system

Shipping

• We are very happy to combine shipping but Combined shipping items must be on one invoice and paid for with a single payment. Combined shipping items must be paid together within 7 days of the first item won. We cannot hold items or add them to a new invoice once the item is paid for. Additional items will add $1.00 each to your shipping cost! PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOUR INVOICE SHOWS THE CORRECT SHIPPING.
• For international orders through the Global Shipping Program eBay does not offer combined shipping discounts at this time.
• International shipments will now be shipped using eBays Globlal Shipping Program and they will be setting the prices. International shipments can take up to 30 days to arrive.
• Signature Confirmation is now required on domestic packages that total over $250.

Terms of Sale

1. Find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
Select the reason for the return. 

2. eBay hassle-free returns use an eBay-generated shipping label, they provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip.

3. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. It's a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.
If an eBay-generated shipping label is used, you can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned item and click View return details from theMore actions drop-down menu.

4. The seller refunds you within 6 business days of receiving the returned item. If you're requesting a replacement item and the seller uses hassle-free returns, the seller ships it to you within 5 business days of the date you request a return.
