Installation

  • Perhaps, the first thing you concern is that the grille is the right fit for your car when you decide to buy. For your convenience, the grill sizes are provided in the pictures above. Make it easy! Just measure the dimension of the grille section of your car to compare with it.

  • Some people think Billet Grill Installation is difficult. Just take it easy! As long as you know how to use a screwdriver and a ratchet wrench, you have no problem to work on most billet grills.
  • There are two types of Billet grills based on their installation type: bolt over billet grills and replacement billet grills.
  • Bolt Over Billet Grilles are the easiest to install. A Bolt Over Billet Grill sits right on the top of your stock grill. The grill has pre-attached hidden bolts. You use brackets and locknuts for a solid, secure and simple installation. They require no drilling or cutting of any kind.
  • A replacement Billet Grill is a complete transformation. Everything that your auto manufacturer installed in the grill section will be removed before the new billet grill to be installed. This means that you will have to perform some bodywork, but it is not as bad as it sounds. Most stock grills are mounted by plastic brackets, so all you have to do is slice through them with a saw, which should just take about 20 minutes. Once the original is out of place, your new Billet Grill takes its place. Some vehicles might require some easy drilling. Although the Replacement Billet Grills take longer to install, the final result makes the time worth while.
  • Replacement in this case. The hardware implies an easy installation!
