This precision optical interference filter is designed to efficiently collect the green emission of Cy2.5 or FITC and other green fluorescence. The filter has extremely sharp edges and high level of attenuating of excitation light shorter than 495 nm. It can be used to upgrade performance of fluorescence instruments or plate readers that take a 18 mm size filter. The filter can also be used to isolate the Green output of an Argon Ion laser. The filter will transmit most of the 514.5 nm, and attenuate the 488 nm, as well as secondary lines in the 600 to 850 nm range. The filter specifications are as follows: CWL 510nm +/-4nm, HBW 20 nm +/-4nm, Size 18.0 mm +0/-.1 mm, Transmission >60%, Free Spectral range UV to 925nm. New cost is about $150.00
