You are considering a NWT (New With Tags) pair of mittens from Gymboree's Firehouse Hounds line in size 12-24 months. The mittens are black and red and consist of a dog face.  The red area for the wrist is elasticized for a closer fit.  The thumb area (which doubles as the mouth) has a 3-D red tongue.
