By ordering from Body Nook you agree to the following terms:
If you need to return or exchange an item you will need to contact Body Nook first. Any shoes/boots returned to Body Nook without authorization will be refused. You must contact Body Nook within 3 days of receiving your item &
Body Nook must receive your item for return or exchange within 14 days of item delivery.
* IF YOU REQUEST A RETURN YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE~~IF YOU REQUEST AN EXCHANGE THIS FEE WILL BE DROPPED~~THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST AND FOR EXCHANGE SHIPPING COST.
* YOU MUST HAVE AN RA# (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) BEFORE RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ANY ITEM~~PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ITEM BACK WITHOUT ONE AS IT WILL BE REFUSED~~NO EXCEPTIONS
* Shoes must be unworn in the original box with all packaging & tags(bottom of footwear) to be eligible for return or exchange.
*Do not use tape or write on the original shoe box--it will be refused.
* Any item received without an RA # will be refused~NO EXCEPTIONS~.
* Please insure any items you are returning and keep your receipt along with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in the mail.
* Shipping & Handling charges are non refundable under any circumstances.
*You are responsible for the return & exchange shipping charges and your item will not ship until Body Nook has received payment for those charges(in the case of an exchange).
*Please be aware that exchanges can sometimes take awhile--so please be patient.
*IN THE CASE OF FREE SHIPPING YOU WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED THE COST OF THE ITEM & THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE NOT BE REFUNDED.
Worn items will NOT be accepted unless Body Nook determines that the shoe is defective. Any worn shoe returned without authorization will be REFUSED.
