Other details: Brand new "Alice" dress by Hell Bunny. Has a style very reminiscent of Tim Burton! Fitted bust  with 6 decorative buttons. Puffed shoulders, and long stripey sleeves that can be taken off with hidden buttons! Skirt is very flarey and even has pockets! Back has cross over straps and is shirred with elastic so will fit perfectly. Edged in broderie anglais. Waist fastens with a ribbon sash/belt. The last photo shows the dress without a petticoat, to get the more flared look like in the other pics, Hell Bunny 20" petticoats are available in store!
