Once your order has been placed, you will be directed to make payment. Paypal is our preferred payment method as it is fast, safe and  offers protection for both you as a buyer and us as a seller - we are  fully verified by Paypal. We also accept payment by all major credit cards  and postal orders. Please make postal order payable to SLP Limited. Sorry but we do not accept personal cheque payments.

Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. We will then send you a further email  once your payment has been received.

Please ensure that you pay the correct shipping fee (Shown shown in the advert) when going through check out to avoid any delay. We offer a range of delivery options to suit you from Free Postage to 24 hour courier services.

Once your order has been processed, your item will be marked as dispatched on eBay. All purchases make before 2pm are dispatched on a same day basis (Monday to Friday and excluding bank holidays). Where applicable, we will then email your tracking details to your supplied  email address once the item has been shipped. Depending on the shipping service used, delivery will take place Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm unless  dispatched via Royal Mail. If this is the case you may receive delivery earlier and also on Saturdays. No Deliveries are made on Bank holidays.

All items are dispatched on a fully insured service so please ensure  that you provide the correct address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if your purchase is lost in the post due to an incorrect delivery  address being provided.

Any goods being returned to us due to missed delivery will incur a further cost to redeliver and by making a purchase you agree to this condition.

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in  transit, please do not worry. Your item is sent on a fully insured service  and we will offer you a full refund or replacement item and will deal with any  issue fast! We obtain proof of postage on all purchases.

Should your item arrive damaged we ask that you contact us immediately  on receipt and where applicable do not sign for the item and instead insist that the item is returned to us (damage to the item, not to the  packaging). Should this be the case please contact us (no later than 48  hours after refusing the item). Where signatures are needed, by signing  for an item you are declaring that you have received the item in good  condition and we may not be able to extend our above offer to cover this.

Should you wish to return your item for any other reason we will accept your return at our own discretion, but you are responsible for the  cost and arrangement of returning the item to us and any postage costs incurred  by ourselves will be deducted from any refund. All goods must be returned in their original condition including all parts and original packaging.

You must first obtain written consent from us by email whereby we will supply you with further details including a return address and code. All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.
